Terms- The fine print  

All travel requires a minimum of 90 days booking notice and must be completed within 12-months of the registration date that will be listed on your reservation form. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. At the time of booking your reservations, a reservation processing fee for pertinent fees and taxes of approximately US $150 per person, and any miscellaneous expenses where applicable, is required and payable to the reservation department that will book your reservations. Once reservations are confirmed, a service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no-shows, in addition to charges levied by the airline or travel service provider, if applicable. The travel agency reserves the right to offer an alternate departure date. The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, and taxes. Accommodations are subject to availability at low season and off peak travel periods. Only one reservation form per household can be used in a 12-month period for this offer.   All fees are listed.  NO hidden fees.

A one-time redemption fee of $65 for processing To redeem this certificate, the customer goes to the Certificate Redemption Website. At that website the customer will enter in the Certificate ID# located at the bottom of the certificate to validate their certificate and to securely submit the redemption fee. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are accepted. The customer will receive the reservation form by mail within 1-3 weeks after redeeming the certificate. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on the certificate.  You may begin making your reservations as soon as you redeem your voucher.

• Standard cancellation policy applies; once reservation is booked, hotel cancellation policy takes full effect; failure to redeem voucher or adhere to hotel’s cancellation policy results in forfeiture of voucher and no refunds will be given

Please Notice: Within one week of the close of the deal, the customer is to email us their "proof of purchase" along with their email address, and we will send their voucher(s).  When the customer retrieves their vouchers from us, they still have one year to schedule and take their getaway.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR CERTIFICATE 
Thank you so much for your purchase! We want to welcome you to The Cruise Store and hope you will enjoy our travel incentive programs for years to come! Redeeming your certificate is as easy as 1-2-3! But first, some important information to help you get the most out of your Travel Voucher.

Wait to redeem your Voucher until you know your travel dates! It does not expire for 2 full years of the issue date, so you have plenty of time. Once You redeem it, the clock starts ticking and you have to travel within that year. For example, if you redeem today, you must travel within a year from today. You also must submit your travel date request within 30 days of redemption. If you don’t redeem it-you have two full years!

A NOTE ABOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS:

Any other costs are charges that you would incur normally. These costs include, but are not limited to, Airline taxes, hotel taxes, Ticketing fees, airline “junk” fees. You would pay these fees, even if you bought a retail ticket, or booked a retail hotel. These costs can range to $150 for a traveler. We always quote the highest on our certificates. It is better to under promise and over deliver. than to surprise you with a cost that you are not expecting.
